This is a complete gear assembly for the 5 Quart Professional & 6 Quart mixers. Includes metal gear housing and all parts found inside the housing including new grease. This is a great kit if you just want to replace all moveable and commonly worn parts. In some cases you may need a new planetary assembly if the old one has separated or the shaft has bent. Otherwise this kit will be perfect to rebuild your Kitchenaid 5 or 6 quart mixers
All parts are genuine KitchenAid/Whirlpool parts. Does not come assembled.

- Metal Gear Housing (includes gasket) - 8212396
- Grease (6oz) - 4176597-6
- Parts can be sold separate or you may purchase the whole kit.
Depending on damage of mixer you may also need Planetary, Internal Ring gear or other parts.
We are not Guaranteeing that your need all of these parts, or that this will fix your problem. However, this will include all gears inside the head of the KitchenAid mixer.
