The Johnny Apple Sauce maker, formerly known as the Victorio 250 Food strainer is a must for homemade products like jams, purees and sauces.  Simplify making apple and tomato sauce, simply put the fruits or vegetables in the hopper, turn the handle, and let the strainer do the work for you.  The stainless steel screen effortlessly separates the skins and seeds from the fresh pulp. With our accessory screens and electric motor, the versatility is endless.  This food strainer has upgraded stainless steel screens that wont rust, a new clamp design has 10 square inches of clamping surface and can mount to countertops from 3/4" to 2-1/8" thick.  Can be used manual, or with the electric motor included in this kit.

The food strainer includes the Apple/Tomato screen and the standard spiral, where the accessory pack includes three addition screens, Berry, Pumpkin and Salsa screens and a shorter spiral known as the Grape Spiral.
