If you have any questions about a product and how it works please call us at 1-800-339-9297 or e-mail us at email@example.com. We cannot refund shipping charges on items purchased by mistake.
All RETURNED ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
RETURNS & CONCERNS
Look over your order and make sure that everything is okay and correct. If something is not right contact us ASAP! All defective or incorrect items must be brought to our attention within 7 days. At this point you will need to contact us for a return authorization number. Once you have a return authorization number we need to receive your return within 30 days. If we do not receive your return within the 30 day time period we will assume you decided to keep your order and we will cancel your return.

Product is damaged, defective or does not work.
Contact us by phone or e-mail and give us the details. We will then give you instructions on what to do.
I’ve changed my mind and I don’t want it.
If it is unopened and in original re-sellable condition, we are happy to take it back and refund the price of the product if returned within 30 days from original order date. Any items returned after 30 days will be refunded for store credit only. No shipping costs will be refunded in any case. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10-15%.
I didn’t get what I wanted
If you pushed the right buttons and we sent the wrong item, contact us and we will take care of it. If you made the mistake we are still happy to trade you for the correct item, even if it is opened, but you are responsible for all shipping charges.
*Personal care products/accessories and electrical replacement parts that have been opened are not returnable as are items marked as “Not Returnable” on the web site.
