This is a high torque motor, that has very low power consumption (60 Watts max) and runs at a low speed with low heat milling. With other high speed & high heat methods vital nutrients are destroyed, low heat milling locks in those nutrients. The low power consumption allows for worry free use with backup emergency power such as generators or battery powered electrical inverter.
