This countertop electric deep fryer is constructed of heavy-duty cast aluminum and features handles designed to stay cool. This is the perfect size fryer for a large family; it holds 8 cups of oil and makes up to 8 servings at a time. It also features a removable divider, which allows you to fry 2 different kinds of food at the same time, ensuring there are no mixed flavors.

This 1500-watt deep fryer is incredibly easy to use: simply add oil, plug in, wait 10 – 15 minutes for the oil to heat up and you’ll be ready to start frying. The fryer automatically keeps oil at the perfect frying temperature and includes a slotted scoop which safely lifts food in and out of the fryer. Its snap-on lid allows oil to be stored in the fryer to be used again. Although this is not dishwasher safe, it is very easy to clean using warm soapy water.
