This is a genuine DeWalt replacement Brush Holder and Brush Assembly that fits many DeWalt Drill Driver & Impact Wrench Drills. The brush & holder assemlby 640555-00 replaces the N031377 brush made by DeWalt. This kit includes the brush, and holder, there is one brush on the left, and one brush on the right, this is the right brush, and it is sold individually, most repairs will require replacement of both brushes. Brushes are one of the most commonly replaced parts in Power tools. Worn brushes are common causes of intermittent motor function, reduced electric braking or reduced motor power.
