This gasket fits the following Mirro pressure cooker / canner models: M0512, M0512-11, M0522, M0522-11, M0312-35, M0526, M0526-11, M0406 and M0622. Prior to using the gasket, soak it in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Lubricate the gasket lightly with cooking oil the first 2 or 3 times you use the pressure cooker. Remove from cooker after every use and wash in hot, soapy water. See the pressure cooker book for more detailed information.
