The attachment includes a filling scoop, which is designed to allow even distribution of the filling into the corners of the hopper. The hopper then pushes the filling between the pasta sheets, while the specially designed rollers pinch and seal the pasta sheets into large pockets, creating perfect ravioli every time. The rollers are 6 inches wide and create 3 rows of uniform, large-pocket ravioli.
This attachment will fill any freshly made pasta with delicious homemade filling. Great for meat, cheese, spinach and much more. It is also incredibly easy to install.
